Returns & Refunds
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order, you can exhibit a desire to withdraw within 48 hours Since you receive the package at home and return your order no later than 14 days from the date of receipt (According to L.D. 206/2005).
Products can be returned via the DHL bill you will find in your package, this way the shipping is our responsibility. The package with the DHL bill can be delivered to any DHL Point nearest to you.
We ask you to pay attention to the return instructions, we will only refund items that conform and meet the return conditions here:
- The absence or removal of the tag will result in forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, as will the absence of any product accessories (e.g., dustbags, buttons, belts, spare heels etc.)
- Items must be unworn and returned with all tags attached and original packaging included.
- The return must be shipped in its original condition and according to the following shipping conditions.
- Items on sale or in the Temporary Outlet section can be exchanged, but not can be returned. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue a voucher of purchase value valid for 12 months from the date the voucher is issued.
- Shoes must not have damaged soles or obvious signs of use.
- Tailored items or requested TAILORED items or products purchased in PRE-ORDER cannot be returned. A voucher will be issued or in special cases, through customer service, the individual situation will be evaluated.
Your returned item must arrive at the boutique without 14 days having passed since the delivery date. We recommend that you book your pickup within 7 days of the delivery date to ensure that it arrives within 14 days.
How to prepare the return package
Prepare the package with the return documents included in your order. That's how:
- Place all the items with all original packaging inside the box and close it securely with suitable tape.
- Please enter all documents, including the receipt you received. Without this it will not be possible to make the return.
- Close the package and attach the return label you will find in the package you received (DHL bubble).
Refunds or Order Cancellation
Once your return has been received and accepted by our boutique, or if your order has been cancelled, a refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping charges.
Defective items
Our goal is that all products arrive in optimal condition and that each customer is always satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a defective, damaged or unsuitable item as described on the site, please contact Customer Service immediately, who will arrange the return and activate the refund procedure.
In this case we ask you to send photos immediately via email.
